Perkasa's Code of Conduct has 3 parts, namely Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Culture and Code of Conduct or Ethics.
This Code of Conduct is the foundation for Perkasa employees in conducting business, culture, and daily behavior. For Perkasa, 2015 is an important milestone in the Company's history. 2015 marks the beginning of the company's founding, therefore Perkasa is devoting all its energy to completing various strategic agendas in order to build a solid company foundation. One of the company's foundations that must be built is this Code of Conduct, because the Board of Directors, Management, and all Perkasa employees are strongly committed to ensuring that the company they have built runs according to GCG principles and noble ethical norms and provides benefits for all. The Board of Directors hopes that this Code of Conduct can be a guideline for all Perkasa employees in conducting business, culture, and daily behavior. All Perkasa employees are required to study, absorb, and implement this Code of Conduct.
